Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

Last updated: 13 September 2026

This page is the publicly published child-safety standard for Namo Sewa Portal (bjpharyananamosewa.com and the Android app).

Who this app is for

Namo Sewa Portal is a volunteer service app for BJP Haryana sewa activities. It is intended for adult volunteers. It is not a social network for children, not a dating app, and not directed at users under 18.

Zero-tolerance standard

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation of minors, and any attempt to use the app to contact or exploit a child.

We do not allow:

• Uploading, sharing, or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18
• Using profile photos, attendance photos, chat, feedback, or any other feature for CSAE
• Accounts created to target or exploit children

How we enforce this

• Volunteer accounts are reviewed by BJP Haryana sewa administrators
• Profile and event photos are visible to administrators and can be removed
• We disable or block accounts that violate these standards
• We keep records needed to investigate a report
• We will report confirmed CSAE to the appropriate authorities as required by law

How to report

If you see content or behaviour that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately:

• In the app, use Feedback
• On the website: https://bjpharyananamosewa.com
• In India you may also contact local police or the national cybercrime portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Please include the volunteer ID, event, or screenshot if you have it.
