Namo Sewa Portal Privacy Policy

Namo Sewa Portal is the official volunteer app for BJP Haryana Sewa activities. This policy explains what the mobile app and website (bjpharyananamosewa.com) collect and why.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, email, address, district, and assembly constituency
• Profile photo
• Event attendance selfie and completion photos
• Feedback you submit
• Device push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

Why we collect it

• Create and verify your volunteer account (OTP on your mobile)
• Assign sewa events and record attendance
• Issue certificates and show your profile, referrals, and leaderboard
• Send service announcements and event alerts

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not use your data for advertising or tracking
• We do not share data with third parties except the services needed to run the app (OTP/SMS, email, Firebase push, hosting)

Who can see it

BJP Haryana sewa administrators can see volunteer profiles, event photos, and feedback so they can run programmes. Other volunteers only see limited public fields on the leaderboard (name, city, district, level).

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you remain a volunteer. You may ask an administrator to deactivate or delete your account.

Permissions the app asks for

• Camera and photos — profile picture and attendance selfie
• Notifications — event and announcement alerts
• Internet — to talk to the Sewa portal
